Built using tanalised timber and 12mm shiplap cladding
Raised 11mm OSB floor, approximately 40mm above ground level
Two internal sections: a daytime area and a sleeping/bed area
Two entrance doors of approximately 20cm
Perspex viewing windows on the front and side
Hinged roof for easy access to the interior for easy maintenance 
Ventilation vents in the gable ends
EPDM rubber roof covering for added weather protection
Fixed using premium-grade wood screws
 
Water-based treatment options: Dark Oak and Forest Green
Oil-based treatment options: Dark Brown, Light Brown and Clear
Optional full insulation using 25mm Kingspan insulation lined with 6mm plywood and double glazing
