Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across mainland UK. Please select delivery method when selecting your product options. If you have a special request for outside the UK, please contact us regarding your requirement and we will do our best to accommodate

How does my product arrive?

We can deliver assembled on occasion, however, we suggest to deliver the product flatpacked. This minimises the chance of damage. Assembling the product is easy as we ensure the instructions are clear and easy to follow. However, if you have any questions or need advice, please contact us

How can I maintain the wood?

This is a great way to ensure the quality of your product condition is maintained and we definitley recommend doing so. We suggest to use a wood treatment once per year

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! We offer any chosen value and the gift card can be sent digitally or physically dependent on your requirements. The gift card can be used for any of our products - joinery or firewood and is a fantastic option to gift friends and family.  Please see the link below to purchase a Gift Card 

My product arrived faulty

Should you receive a defective product, please contact us stating the issue with necessary photos attached and we will either send replacement parts, the entire product or refund at our discretion

I no longer want my product

If you no longer want or require product you can return it to us for a refund. The product must be in original packaging and unused - please contact us prior to returning. Any original postage costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt, we shall check product over and issue a refund within 14 days of receipt
